Albert Bichot Chablis is a pure, unoaked Chardonnay that perfectly captures the legendary terroir of northern Burgundy. It is crisp, lively, and defined by a pronounced flinty, saline minerality. The grapes are sourced from classic Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils and aged on fine lees for added texture.
