Zeybek Triple Oak is made of 100% grapes and triple distilled in copper alembics with aniseed. In each distillation phase, middle cut, which is also called heart or göbek (meaning belly in Turkish) is taken, to obtain the most refined and sought after part of the spirit. It is matured for minimum of 6 months in French, American, and Eastern European oak barrels, thru the use of the Solera system.
