Miradiva Blanco represents the purity of agave, maintaining its essence intact thanks to a process that enhances its freshness and authentic taste. After distillation, the distillate is left to rest in aluminum tanks, a material that preserves the natural character of the agave. The next step is essential to achieve the perfect balance: the alcohol content is precisely reduced, going from 55 degrees to 40 degrees, through the addition of pure spring water, which flows directly under our distillery. This water, rich in natural minerals, gives the tequila a harmonious and balanced profile, enhancing the fresh notes of the agave. The result is a vibrant tequila, which releases the true essence of Mexican tradition.
